This course focuses on understanding the dynamics of violence, recognizing pre‑incident indicators, and developing a calm, structured response under pressure. Students learn how to observe their environment, identify vulnerabilities, and support a coordinated safety posture within their ministry or organization. This level is ideal for staff, volunteers, and anyone serving in a public‑facing role. No firearms or range work is included, making it accessible to all team members.
